چکیده
Lepisanthes fruticosa (ceri Terengganu) is one of the important underutilized fruit plants with high value bioactive compounds and pharmacological properties. Current studies have focused mainly on which are essential for functional food pharmaceutical applications. However, diversity conservation L. still scarce since genomic genetic resources this plant species lacking. In study, RNA sequencing leaf was carried out using Illumina HiSeq to identify potential unigenes simple sequence repeats (SSRs). A total 52,657 were identified from about 91,043,356 million raw reads. Mining SSRs these predicted a 23,958 approximately 45.58% obtained. Dinucleotide motif highest (21.48%) next trinucleotide (14.65%). 4,620 ranging 12 116 bp selected experimental validation. Bioinformatic analysis via GO KEGG platforms showed that 1,861 (40.28%) SSR-containing matched Gene Ontology (GO) terminology 48 biochemical pathways. The involved in various cell functions majority their associated purine thiamine metabolism. addition. organic heterocylic bindings, indicating an active event biosynthesis process secondary metabolites fruticosa. SSR markers obtained study provides new information can be utilized facilitate future characterization accessions at molecular levels.

متن کاملDevelopment of EST-SSR and TRAP markers from transcriptome sequencing data of the mango.
Mango is one of the most commercially important fruit crops in tropical and subtropical regions. To increase the efficiency of breeding strategies, two EST-derived marker systems were developed in the present study using information from the mango fruit transcriptome. Using simple sequence repeats, 218 of 230 primer pairs showed stable amplification for 7 mango genotypes with amplicons ranging ...
متن کاملTranscriptome Sequencing of Mung Bean (Vigna radiate L.) Genes and the Identification of EST-SSR Markers
Mung bean (Vigna radiate (L.) Wilczek) is an important traditional food legume crop, with high economic and nutritional value. It is widely grown in China and other Asian countries. Despite its importance, genomic information is currently unavailable for this crop plant species or some of its close relatives in the Vigna genus. In this study, more than 103 million high quality cDNA sequence rea...
متن کاملDevelopment of Polymorphic Genic SSR Markers by Transcriptome Sequencing in the Welsh Onion (Allium fistulosum L.)
Transcriptome analysis is an efficient way to explore molecular markers in plant species, for which genome sequences have not been published. To address the limited number of markers published for the Welsh onion, this study found 6486 loci of genic simple sequence repeats (SSR), which consisted of 1–5 bp repeat motifs, based on next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology and the RNA-Seq approa...
متن کاملDevelopment and characterization of EST-SSR markers via transcriptome sequencing in Brainea insignis (Aspleniaceae s.l.)1
Premise of the study Brainea insignis (Aspleniaceae) is an endangered tree fern in China whose wild populations have been seriously damaged due to overexploitation. Expressed sequence tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) primers were developed to investigate its genetic diversity and provide resources for future conservation studies. Methods and Results We obtained 72,897 unigenes of B. insig...
